This Part covers the following categories ~
Poke Balls : Used for catching wild Pokemon.
Evolutionary Stones : Some Pokemon evolve using these items.
General Items : These items can either be received by defeating Wild Pokemon, Login Streaks, Events and specific Places / NPCs in game, or are limited to certain quests for storyline purposes. Such items don't fit into any other categories.
Fossils : Ancient Pokemon can be revived using these fossils. Go to the Route 12 Research lab for this purpose.
Mega Stones : Items used to Mega Evolve some Pokemon.
Evolution Items : Items (other than Evolutionary Stones) which can evolve Pokemon when held.
Relics : All 5 Relics covered in the "Ancient Relics in Modern Times" Quest (with Video Guides).

Info: Prevents trade-based evolution. DOES NOT prevent level-up evolution. Aids in passing down natures during breeding (Eggs have 50% chance of having same nature as mother, if the Mother has an Everstone attached)

Item name: Game Ticket
Info: A small ticket that lets you play a single round of any mini-game in Orden
How to obtain: Play the Growlithe Run game in Sandmarsh Town. Prize: 1-10 Tickets in Easy Mode, 11-20 Tickets in Hard Mode, Quests, player shops
How to use: Enter any mini-game. One Game Ticket will be automatically deducted. Can be used in Sandmarsh mini-games, Oldpine Diglett Run and Desert Den.
Item name: Prize Ticket
Info: A Ticket that can be redeemed for Prizes
How to obtain: Can be won from mini-games in Sandmarsh Town, Player shops
How to use: Go to Sandmarsh Prize Room. You can talk to NPCs there for redeeming various Prizes.
Item name: Rock Present
Info: A hard container which can be opened to reveal the contents within it
How to obtain: Dropped by wild Zubat, Player shops
How to use: An NPC inside the Bluegum Caves (NPC nearest to the entry) can open Rock Presents. They can be opened to reveal nothing or couple of Poke Balls or some cash.
Item name: Diner Coupon
Info: A Coupon that allows you to enter any Diner
How to obtain: Defeating Wingull, Player shops, Quests
How to use: NPC standing in front of the Diner. They will ask for a Diner coupon in exchange for entry.
Item name: Potion
Info: A spray-type medicine for treating wounds. Restores 20 HP to an injured Pokemon.
How to obtain: Login Streak, All Poke Marts (Price: 300c), Sunrock Desert Travelling Merchant, Player shops, Daily Task Reward
How to use: When in a battle, click on Item -> Potion to use it.
Item name: Super Potion
Info: A spray-type medicine for treating wounds. Restores 50 HP to an injured Pokemon.
How to obtain: Poke Marts (Blackfell, Wildhaven, Strongwater, Grayview - Price: 700c), Login Streak, Player shops, Daily Task Reward
How to use: When in a battle, click on Item -> Super Potion to use it.
Item name: Hyper Potion
Info: A spray-type medicine for treating wounds. Restores 200 HP to an injured Pokemon.

Info: An item which cures poisoning

Info: An item which can revive fainted Pokemon. Also restores 50% of the health of the revived Pokemon

Info: Similar to revive. Restores 100% HP of the revived Pokemon

Item name: No Experience Stone
Info: Prevents EXP Gain from a Pokemon battle
How to obtain: All Poke Marts having a Tournament Hall (Bluegum, Darlinghurst, Eastbourne, Wildhaven, Grayview) (Price: 500c), Player shops
How to use: Go to Pokemon's page. Click on Attach Items -> No Experience Stone.
Item name: DNA Serum
Info: Can be used to revive Fossil Pokemon from their Fossils
How to obtain: Poke Marts (Sandmarsh, Dorocoast Towns) (Price: 1,000c)
How to use: Go to Rouse 11 Fossil Lab. Talk to Lady NPC at top. She will revive a Fossil Pokemon by taking a fossil and a DNA Serum from you.
Item name: EV Reducer
Info: Reduces the Effort Value of a Stat by 10
How to obtain: Defeat wild Pokemon (Pidgey, Weedle, Lotad, Spinarak), Player shops
How to use: Go to Pokemon's page. Click on Use Items -> EV Reducer -> Select the Stat.
Item name: Tiny Mushroom
Info: A very small and rare mushroom. It's popular with a certain class of collectors and sought out by them.
How to obtain: Defeat wild Pokemon (Paras), Player shops
How to use: Used to make Honey Mushroom (Required for Quest). Otherwise, sell it in your shop.
Item name: Very Bitter Powder
Info: Made by using 2x Tiny Mushrooms. So bitter that it can wake up people. Doesn't work on Pokemon.
How to obtain: Mushroom Fanatic House (The NPC can make one Very Bitter Powder from 2 Tiny Mushrooms), Player shops
How to use: Required for Quest. Otherwise, sell it in your shop.
Item name: Awful Tasting Remedy
Info: A medicine so awful tasting that it will snap anyone out of a trance
How to obtain: Requires 1 Hypnotic Orb, 1 Very Bitter Powder and 1 Moomoo Milk. Can also be bought from Player shops
How to use: Required for each of the following quests: "The Zombie`s Apocalypse", "The Hunt for the Honey Mushroom". Otherwise, sell it in your shop.
Item name: Honey Mushroom
Info: Rare and sweet, this mushroom can treat very sick Pokemon. They will willingly eat it, too!
How to obtain: Given as a reward for completing the "The Zombie's Apocalypse" quest.
How to use: Required for the "The Hunt for the Honey Mushroom" Quest.
Item name: Nugget
Info: A pure piece of gold which can be sold at high prices
How to obtain: Desert Den
How to use: Talk to Lady NPC on left counter in Oldpine Police Station to exchange a Nugget for 5,000c. Can also be exchanged for Pokefood in Safari Entry Gatehouses.
Item name: Big Nugget
Info: A pure piece of gold which can be sold at high prices. It is larger in size than a Nugget
How to obtain: Grand Prize of Sandmarsh mini-games
How to use: Big Nugget can be exchanged in Sandmarsh Prize Room for Coins/Items.
Item name: Rare Bone
Info: A rare item which can be sold at high prices

How to use: 10x Rare Bones are required for a Quest. Otherwise, sell them in your shop.
Item name: Rebirth Crystal
Info: A crystal which has the power to Rebirth Legendary Pokemon
How to obtain: Events, Player shops, 1x Rebirth Crystal can be obtained from 'King of the Sand Quest'/As of 10th Apr 2020, Rebirth Crystals can also be obtained at Deserted Island.
How to use: Go to the location where you obtained the Legendary. Talk to the Ninja NPC who will rebirth your legendary Pokemon for 1x Rebirth Crystal.
Item name: Hypnotic Orb
Info: A rare drop from Misdreavus. Used to put people to sleep
How to obtain: Defeat wild Pokemon (Misdreavus), Player shops
How to use: Used for the Zombie Apocalypse Quest. Otherwise, sell them in your shop.
Item name: Moomoo Milk
Info: A bottle of highly nutritious milk. When consumed, it restores 100 HP to an injured Pokemon.
How to obtain: Defeat wild Pokemon (Miltank), Player shops
How to use: Used for the Zombie Apocalypse Quest, The Hunt for the Honey Mushroom Quest. Can be used in battles to restore HP. Otherwise, sell them in your shop.
Item name: Geode
Info: A rare drop from Geodudes. Used to summon the Regis
How to obtain: Defeat wild Pokemon (Geodudes), Player shops
How to use: Use the Geode to summon Registeel and Regirock (When in their Rooms). Also used in "The Victim of Evil Science" Quest to obtain Gyaradosite. Otherwise, sell them in your shop.
Item name: Fresh Water
Info: Water with a high mineral content. Restores 50 HP to an injured Pokemon, when consumed
How to obtain: All Gatehouse Vending Machines (Price:200c), Player shops
How to use: Required for "Thirsty Desert Pokemon" Quest. Also, during battle, click on Item -> Fresh Water to use.
Item name: Soda Pop
Info: A highly carbonated soda drink. Restores 60 HP to an injured Pokemon, when consumed
How to obtain: All Gatehouse Vending Machines (Price:300c), Player shops

Item name: Lemonade
Info: A very sweet and refreshing drink. Restores 80 HP to an injured Pokemon, when consumed

Info: A beautiful and light scale collected from Finneon
How to obtain: Sometimes obtained from wild Finneon when defeated
How to use: 50x Sea Scales required for Child of the Sea Quest.

Info: A beautiful and light bell made from Sea Scales. It sounds like the ring of the ocean
How to obtain: There is a well in the top right of the map of the main town area of Sea Fairy Island. Talk to this well once you've obtained 50 Sea Scales
How to use: Required for The Child of the Sea Quest.
Item name: Beach Glass
Info: Pieces of colored glass that have been smoothed by the sand and sea. Used to create flute to get a different Phione
How to obtain: At the Sea Fairy Island Beach - Collect the pieces from the shore, run back to forest, and collect again
How to use: Get 20 pieces of Beach Glass to make a Glass Flute (Talk to a NPC in the Island House that is at the right end of the shore). Require for The Secret of the Sea Legend Quest. Can be sold in your shop.
Item name: Glass Flute
Info: A glass flute designed differently from the type made from volcanic ash
How to obtain: Formed of 20 Beach Glass by the Psychic in the "Discoverer's" house on Sea Fairy Island

Item name: Pearl
Info: A small Pearl having silvery sheen. Can be sold cheaply to shops

How to use: Can be exchanged for Pokefood. Otherwise, sell it in your shop.
Item name: Macho Brace
Info: Used by Pokemon - the Pokemon receives double EVs during EV Training, but halves speed in battles.
How to obtain: Buy from Token shop (Price: 5 Tokens), Player shops
How to use: Go to Pokemon's page, click on Attach Items -> Macho Brace.
Item name: PP Up
Info: Raises the PP of a selected move by 1/5 of the move's base PP. Can be used upto 3 times on a single move
How to obtain: Sandmarsh Prize Room (Price: 5 Prize Tickets), Team Royal Black Market (Sunrock Desert E2, Price: 1,000c), Player shops.
How to use: Go to Pokemon's page, click on Use Items -> PP Up -> Select move.
Item name: PP Max
Info: Raises the PP of a selected move to 8/5 of the move's base PP. Can be used once per move

Item name: High Quality Magikarp
Info: A special Pokeball that contains a very high-quality Magikarp!
How to obtain: "Grand Theft Magikarp": The first is obtained from an NPC in Bluegum Caves. Once you have this, you can get the second from an NPC in the Bluegum Poke Mart; "Justice will be served!" : The first is obtained after completing the "Birthday Wishes: Friends are Forever" quest, and the 2nd is then obtained from an NPC just under the Lake on Route 4. Or buy from Player shops
How to use: A Total of 4 are needed; 2 for the "Grand Theft Magikarp" Quest, and 2 later on in the "Justice will be served!" Quest. It is NOT Recommended to sell the Item.
Item name: Newpine Key
Info: A set of keys that opens a forbidden box that is in a house in Newpine. A bad vibe emits from them
How to obtain: House of Jars, Newpine Town. Each one is hidden in a jar, Player shops
How to use: 2 of these are needed to complete the objective they are intended for. It is NOT Recommended to sell the Item.
Item name: Suspicious Package
Info: No one knows what is in this box but it was acquired under suspicious means
How to obtain: Obtained from an NPC when leaving Newpine Town (after beating the Newpine Gym)
How to use: Required for The Suspicious Mission Quest. It is NOT Recommended to sell the Item.
Item name: Retired Arcanine
Info: An Arcanine that served in the Police Force for over 60 years. This particular one never had an official owner so it is now lonely. This item is required to complete 2 Quests
How to obtain: First, you need to have caught a Growlithe. Then, go to the Police Officer NPC at the top left of the Oldpine Jail Fields map (accessible from East Oldpine Town). He'll give you this item, which you then take to the quest-giver. Or buy from Player shops
How to use: Required for Quests: "Birthday Wishes: Friends are Forever", "Justice will be served!". It is NOT Recommended to sell the Item.
Item name: Lost Tepig
Info: A little Tepig that was found wandering the East Eastbourne Farmlands
How to obtain: Found wandering about Eastbourne East Farmlands. Once it's standing in front of you, talk to it, and you'll get its Poke Ball
How to use: Required for The Lost and Found Tepig Quest.
Item name: Cactus Pollen
Info: A small bag filled with cactus pollen
How to obtain: Given to you by a female scientist NPC in Sunrock Desert B1, Player shops
How to use: Once obtained, take this item to Sunrock Desert D2. Required for Finding a Needle in a Cactus Stack Quest.
Item name: Ball Trinket
Info: A decorative trinket that resembles a tiny version of a type of Poke Ball. Becomes relevant in the storyline after completing the "Ancient Relics in Modern Times" Quest
How to obtain: Speak to Professor Sycamore in Sunrock Desert E4, Player shops
How to use: Required in certain part in the storyline. It is NOT Recommended to sell the Item.
Item name: Diamond
Info: A rare gem that is desired for weddings. It looks important
How to obtain: Diamond in the Rough Quest, Player shops
How to use: Once obtained and given to the Team Royal Grunt blocking a cave entrance in Sunrock Desert E2, the Team Royal Black Market will be unlocked. It is NOT Recommended to sell the Item.
Item name: Sphere Stone Case
Info: An odd case found in the desert. It looks like it can hold stones, and you may regret trying to sell this later on

Info: A Cherish Ball containing a shiny Pidgey
How to obtain: The Shiny Pidgey that was stolen from the Police on Route 7. Once obtained, give it to the policeman NPC in Dorocoast Pokemon Center.
How to use: Required for the Quest "Wanted Poster: Stolen Shiny Pidgey".

Info: A Cherish Ball containing the Pidgeot that Team Royal stole

Item name: Toxic Orb
Info: A rotten and pulsating blob of gunk that is possessed. Get rid of it, yuck!
How to obtain: After curing all the zombies and speaking to the quest-giving nurse, an NPC outside the Nurse's House will give you clues to its location (Varies person to person)
How to use: Required for the Quests : "The Zombie`s Apocalypse", "The Hunt for the Honey Mushroom".
Item name: Anti-Heat Orb
Info: It is a Flame Orb that malfunctioned. Instead of extending heat it creates a barrier that blocks it
How to obtain: Given as a reward for completing the "Feeding the Fire" Quest
How to use: Required for the Quest "Ancient Relics in Modern Times".
Item name: Ghostly Soul
Info: A strange stone given by a ghost lady. Haunter seems to be attracted to it
How to obtain: Given by an elderly lady NPC after obtaining the Anti-Heat Orb, Moon Relic, Sun Relic and Ion Relic
How to use: Required for keeping the Haunter following you.
Item name: Snorkel
Info: It contains a breathing apparatus that allows you to breathe underwater. It mysteriously won't work on Sea Fairy Island...
How to obtain: Obtained after completing the Sand Temple, by defeating the Regi Golems. Given to you by Seris
How to use: Used to breathe underwater in the Undersea Path from SS Neptune - Back Area.
Item name: Demonstration Item
Info: Officer Diliget's training item that he normally uses to train Growlithe
How to obtain: Obtained after talking to the quest giver on Sea Fairy Island
How to use: Required for the Quest "Wanted Poster: I.C. Aeromew".
