Hello there trainers!! It's been a lot of time without epic adventures , challenges and rewards and now finally we can see the light again (kekw), so let's get strait into it, since the event has only 2-3 days left (depending your time zone), and I want to get rewards too before it is to late, but first, I want to give my thanks to Team PL for bringing new stuff and keeping the game alive/safe and the following users for helping me make a complete guide: Dat_1_Guy, Bownam and Skrrt.
NOTE: The event is short and most of it are riddles. So there will no be a walkthrough storyline.
Let's go!! As you read, on the official post made by the staff, the event starts at Darlinghurst Town. The Riddle Master is inside the Pokemon Center. Talk to him to start the event (maybe you can solve the riddles by your self, else we have the solutions down below). There are 3 riddles to be solved before going to the next part:
Defeat 20 Magikarp / they are found at route 4 by the lake.
Catch 30 Dunsparce and enable them for quest (yikes) / they can be found at route 2 on the most north-eastern patch.
Defeat 40 Spoink / They can be found at Darlinghurst Town on the patch to the east from the Pokemon Center.
Once you done the steps from above, talk to the Riddle Master to crack the riddles and we will gain access to a new area called ''Edenshore Beach''.
Edenshore Beach.
NOTE: In this map we will not be able to catch ''wild non map'' pokemon as usual, but instead we will find many NPCs who will give us rewards in exchange for different items. The point here, is to farm a few of these items by defeating pokemon around Orden and come back to trade them to the different npcs, for epic rewards.
Farming items for the rewards:
At this point we will focus on how to farm these 2 items needed to get the rewards:
Rock Jewel:
--You can get them by defeating Geodude every where in Orden, Onix and Ryhorn. --You can also get Rock Jewels by giving a shiny pokemon to a NPC by the beach. simply, enable it for quest and talk to the npc. ATTENTION: Only enable 1 shiny pokemon for quest at the time, else the npc will take all the shiny (enabled for quest with same name) and still count as if you have given 1 pokemon. These pokemon are:
Shiny Zubat (for 10 Rock jewels)
Shiny Geodude (for 10 Rock jewels)
Steel Jewel:
--You can get them by defeating Scyther
--You can get a few if you give a Geode to a NPC by the beach.
--You can also get Stee Jewels by giving a shiny pokemon to a NPC by the beach. simply, enable it for quest and talk to the npc. ATTENTION: Only enable 1 shiny pokemon for quest at the time, else the npc will take all the shiny (enabled for quest with same name) and still count as if you have given 1 pokemon.
These pokemon are:
Shiny Cherubi
Shiny Cubone
Rewards!!
As usual, we will find move tutors (Fighting and Dragon type), Pokeball merchant (cheap ball prices and fisherman for random rewards, but... what a bout non map pokemon? Let's find out who they are and how to get them:
-Hippopotas: talk to one of the shadow npc on the southern part of the beach.
-Cranidos: 5 Rock Jewel -Shiny Cranidos: Can be obtained by luck when getting regular Ferroseed for 5 rock jewel
-Gold Cranidos: 12 tokens (tokens bought with real money by donation or friend donation)
-Ferroseed: 5 Steel Jewel
-Shiny Ferroseed: Can be obtained by luck when getting regular Ferroseed for 5 steel jewel
-Gold Ferroseed: 12 tokens (tokens bought with real money by donation or friend donation)
-Tirtouga/Shiny Tirtouga: From fisherman on the beach.
That's all for now, if I missed something, let me know and I will update as soon I'm able to. Thanks for reading and have a great journey!! Sincerely, Chileno.
